A free online workshop by Olga Shchedrinskaya MCP, RCC, CCC; "... and they lived happily ever after" - these are the most common final words of almost any fairy tale. What remains somewhat unclear is what were "they" doing to achieve this "happily ever after," and how was their happiness maintained over the years:
Is there any research that explains why some couples constantly fight while others do not?
Can we predict divorce or potential future scenarios for relationship development?
How can we recognize the first signs of a deep crisis in the couple?
What are the strategies to keep the relationship in good shape?
How can we maintain a sense of deep connection, intimacy and warmth with our loved ones?
